New Investor from Denver metro area

Hello BP fam, my name is Bryan and I am a 27 year old new investor in Denver. I fell into real estate investing after aquiring a condo in downtown Denver from my parents. Long story short, the property was to expensive for me to live in after getting my first job so I rented it out to break even. I am now currently house hacking in Lakewood with 3 room mates while just breaking even on the condo. I started following the BP podcasts which have inspired me to write my first post here on the forum.

I am here to hopefully network with like minded individuals and maybe even establish a partnership in the future. I am currently working on establishing a solid emergency fund and a down payment for the next property, while self managing the house hack and condo. Thanks for your time!
