Feedback is so important to the structure and progress of a company. Looking at the feedback on Bigger Pockets, it seems as though some items surrounding Suncoast Property Management should be addressed. At Suncoast, we have an Investor Relations Manager, Virginia, whose unique position in the company is for the benefit of our staff and the satisfaction of our investors. You are invited to contact Virginia directly for individual questions or issues--reach out directly for her information. She tracks and is proud of the 95.2% annual retention rate of our over thousands of managed properties, but is accountable for the 4.8 % who are experiencing issues—and unfortunately those owners , though few, may be more likely to vocalize their dissatisfaction. We realize that we cannot please everyone, and since we are in such a highly competitive market, we feel any loss of our customers. Our customers and their investments mean so much to us that we constantly restructure and realign our initiatives and procedures to best fit the needs of those we serve. It is our mission to correct or dispel any negativity surrounding our company, and if you are directly impacted by that, we hope you will reach out.
