Newbie Small town investor with big dreams.

I am from a small town in western Pennsylvania (Summerville) I am looking to invest close to home for starters. I currently own one home about 30 miles east. It was a house hack that I have rented out for the last 6 years. I got that one on a land contract. I am in the process of doing a purchase through tax repository sale. I put my bid in today now i just need 6 signatures. My goal is be able to one day had off a business I started from the ground up to my children (4 to be exact). Thanks BP for this community.
