Well I am just waiting on one more tax bureau to sign off. Thats what i meant by 2 more signatures.

So, in my introduction post to BP I laid out my plan to purchase a tax sales in my hometown. Well currently i am 2 signatures away from buying the property for pennies on the dollar. I have been looking at the comps in the area, the house is a 3bd 2ba with a small lot in town. The comps are trending towards 75 to 80k, but they have a detached garage and they are very outdated. My brother and I will be doing the rehab 100% ourselves. I am looking to refinance my 1st home to provide the income to rehab the tax sale property. The house will be basically new everything will be updated. Our budget is 25 to 30 I am on the fence on weather to keep the porperty or flip the property.

I am from a small town in western Pennsylvania (Summerville) I am looking to invest close to home for starters. I currently own one home about 30 miles east. It was a house hack that I have rented out for the last 6 years. I got that one on a land contract. I am in the process of doing a purchase through tax repository sale. I put my bid in today now i just need 6 signatures. My goal is be able to one day had off a business I started from the ground up to my children (4 to be exact). Thanks BP for this community.
