Hi People,

I've been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for a few months, but I'm new to this site. I'm also a newbie in real estate investing if you don't count fundrise. I currently live in the Northeast region but I just graduated and If I get a job I like somewhere else, I'm definitely moving. Is it advisable to wait till I settle or I get involved now and let the future sort itself out?

@Oluwatimilehin Fagade I’m a little biased since I live in Lowell and have some units there. But that being said I live in lowell and have some units here...

I like lowell since I find it a good balance of “okay cashflow” plus a good chance of appreciation. Cities like Fitchburg and Leominister will cashflow better but I’m less optimistic about appreciation in that area. That being said I don’t have a crystal ball so that is just speculation and take it with a grain of salt. :)
