I just bought my first property last month and one of the leases is expiring on the 1st of February and the tenant is moving out. My plan is should I start Advertising the property now since I have some good pictures or I wait till after the tenant leaves, clean, and then start the showing?. What would you do?

I just bought a property and I have an existing tenant whose lease expires on the 20th, he plans to move but not until the 27th and he has said he will pay for the days he stays after the 20th, What kind of form do I need to create for the remaining seven days? Thank you!

Hey Bp Family,

I closed on a four-unit house hack today in Worcester Family. Shout out to my Realtors Sabrina Sanchez and Jon Bombaci. I've learned a  lot through this platform over the past few months and this is just the beginning. What is your favorite Property Management Software and what advice would you give to a first-time owner?

Hi Doug, Congrats on a successful Brrrr. You did really well for your first investment, and I would take the same approach when doing the next deal. Good luck!

Working on your credit score is a really good idea. You get good interest rates on your loan if you decide to take a loan. Good interest rates could save you a lot of money!

I'm also looking to buy my first property but one thing I've heard a lot is location and getting a good deal are very important. If you're getting a good deal then the price is secondary.

@Brian J Allen So how do you think First-time Homebuyers can navigate the Worcester Market?

Thanks for the info, Brian. The Worcester market can be really tricky but as you said, I think long term Worcester could be a great city for landlords.
