Wholesaling Marketing Campaign

Hello all!

My name is Eric Kordenbrock from Pittsburgh. I am looking to get into the wholesaling game around my area and was hoping to get a few great tips on how to track my direct mail marketing.  I want to make sure that my dollars are well spent and I know in order to do that I have to experiment a little bit to figure out what works best in my market. Does anyone have a good tracking system or method of tracking they use to see which pieces of direct mail are getting the most hits?

Also, I have been toying with the idea of setting up a voicemail service so my wholesale calls go to a different voicemail box than my work voicemail box (I have to use my personal phone for my current job).  Is anyone doing this? If so, can you please let me know how you set that up?

Thanks!

Eric
