Hello BPs,

Working on the goal to get my toes wet in the investment (Buy Hold) realm. Spoke with a few investors within my sphere, I have been told that I hold a powerful tool that being the VA Loan. However, given this tool I currently do not hold a full time job rather a part-time job along with holding my real estate license. This does not suit well with getting a strong loan. I would like to hear some options or creative suggestions, perhaps a partnership?

Love the community and aspect that knowledge should be shared and drive use all forward.. Thanks for your thoughts
