Hey Jared,

Also getting stated in the real estate investor realm looking to find a BRRRR deal myself. Currently have my license as a Realtor using the MLS to search the market and grab an understanding of the market as investor. Analyzing just about everything I've come across to perfect my tools. Would like to stay connected on your journey, given the local market (west valley).

Hola BP,

This is it 2021 goal set, time to get them toes wet and elbows greased. Mindset, acquire first single-family rental within 6months by way of BRRRR. I'm an investor! It's within me, I don't doubt the level of achievement one can reach. However, I'm looking for someone to shadow perhaps build a business relationship. Not looking for handouts or to weigh one down. I've accomplished much in my span and looking to add onto that, while also giving back and growing relationships within the business of investing.

Newish to the investing world, looking to make a mark along others within the industry. If this article seems to reach you or resonate, feel free to reach out. They say when your doing something you love it’s not work, well damn let’s have some fun!

P.S.

For quick reference I’m in the West Valley

Hello BP,

So I'm simply not trying to get weighed down with my own thoughts. Where better to vent some thoughts and pick up some insight. I'm currently a Realtor® and Veteran w/(70% disability) looking to leverage those key topics to build a rental foundation. Would love to hear from the BP community in ways to optimize, strategies, or personal experience with mentioned topics.

Let's start a discussion BP, Thanks

@Chris Risi Great insight. Was interested in what area of Phoenix, along with how you went about finding a cash partner (my current task)?

Hello BPs,

Working on the goal to get my toes wet in the investment (Buy Hold) realm. Spoke with a few investors within my sphere, I have been told that I hold a powerful tool that being the VA Loan. However, given this tool I currently do not hold a full time job rather a part-time job along with holding my real estate license. This does not suit well with getting a strong loan. I would like to hear some options or creative suggestions, perhaps a partnership?

Love the community and aspect that knowledge should be shared and drive use all forward.. Thanks for your thoughts

Hello BP,

What to pick a few brains on some options in flipping or holding with a VA Loan? As a vet, I would like to use such a tool for starting my investment journey. Current situation credit score of 720 using Post/911 bill for school while working part-time, cash flow of about 300 a month. Looking forward to the ideas and thoughts, thanks.
