New Investor from North Carolina

Good day everyone. New Investor here from the Charlotte, NC area. I've been around real estate since 2007. Hit a pretty big bump in 2008-9. Sure wish I'd found this place back then! Coming at it this time around with eyes wide open and much more educated. I am looking at flips and long term rentals to start. Ideally I'd like to do my first flip and have 2 rental properties under my belt by the end of 2020.

I've been on BP for awhile now. Lurking mostly and am ready to jump in after a good deal of educating myself.

@Tim Vest Hey! Seems to be a few of us newbies out there. I just went to a meetup I found on here at Resident Culture Brewery on Tuesday and it was great. I highly recommend it. I learned a lot and met several other investors. I believe there is another one next week. (Different location) Good luck to you!
