I just moved to McKinney, TX back in November and I'm very interested in buying properties for fix-and-flip or to buy and hold with light rehab requirements in Mckinney, Allen and Plano.

But better than that, I'd like to meet people in the same area and learn from their experience by having a drink (or two) or whatever you like to drink.

Welcome to Mckinney! I live in Melissa just north of McKinney. I have a rental in Tyler tx and looking to pick up another this year probably in the Sherman area.
