Congrats! Appreciate you sharing as I'm in the early learning stage myself.

Some quick questions; Where did you find your contractors? Where they all just "friend of a friend"? Do you have property managers on all your properties or are you doing the management yourself?

@Jason Martinez great advice. Still learning how to calculate numbers well. Once I get that down, and get my finances/funding straight, I’ll hopefully be able to pull the trigger easy.
