Hello Bigger Pockets members! I have been actively reading the Bigger Pockets forums, listening to the real estate investing podcasts, gaining as much knowledge as I can, but have decided in 2020 to take action and created a Bigger Pockets profile. This website truly is the best when it comes to real estate investing!

Let me start off by saying I started listening to the real estate investing podcats that Brandon Turner, David Green, and Josh Dorkin have on my commute home from work and they truly are the best! I highly recommend if you have not started listening to them to take a listen because there is so much you can learn!

With that being said, I have done one real estate investing deal about 15 years ago. The property was a duplex in the town we live in that a friend and I purchased. The duplex had two 3 bed 2 bath apartments and the rents covered the cost of the mortgage. Looking back now we could have easily raised the rents to market rents but we learned so much about landlording it was definitelty worth the experience. We ended up selling it a few years later for a decent profit so it all ended up working out in the end.

I am looking to get back into real estate investing and looking into rentals specifically condos or multi families.

Looking forward to connecting with you, learning from you, providing my assistance where I can as we all pursue our passions of Real Estate Investing!
