First brrrr and hopefully not my last

Hey guys , I'm looking for some additional insight or help with starting my first BRRRR , looking at the North Carolina market most Raleigh , any help would be great, I have about 50,000 in cash and looking to get into my first property this year, I am from NYC.

@Cesar Castro Whitney is right.  50k is not enough to buy anything in the Raleigh area in cash, but if you can add that to a private loan, you might be able to find something in our area!
