Hello All, Happy new year.

I would like to buy my first rental property in the first half of the year. I am learning through webinars but still nervous about how to start. I would like to know if we have any investors meet or get to gather in the northern Illinois area (Lake or Cook County). I am interested to attend and want to learn from experts.
