Hello BP,

My business partner and I are looking to invest in the Reno, Nevada area.

We are looking for at least a 3bed/2 bath single family home in the range of $325,000.

Does anyone know any good areas or zip codes we can run some numbers on?

Thank you in advance for your recommendations!

Hello BP, do lenders look at and/or consider rental property income when applying for a loan? In other words, let's say I make 60K from my W-2 job and 5K from rental income annually. Do lenders even consider the 5K as income? Or do they only base their decision only on W-2 income? Thank you in advance!

@Fred Cannon & @Stetson Miller Do you guys recommend any zip codes i should research for those particular areas? Ideally, I am looking for a SFR that cashflows at the very least of $100 a month. Not really looking for a property that needs a ton of work. So probably a B class property in a "C+ish" neighborhood. I am OOS, so looking for an area with stable tenants and reliable PMs/general contractors/ agents. Thanks guys

Hey @David Hutson, so i am new to investing. For my first investment, i am looking primarily for a SFR buy and hold with a minimum of $100 in cashflow a month. Not sure if the Tampa area appreciates as much as other markets but appreciation is always a plus. Not really looking for properties that need a ton of work either. At the very least a B class property in a C class neighborhood would work. I am also an OOS investor since i live in California, so also looking for an area with reliable PMs/agents/general contractors.

@Edgar Rodriguez what area is zip code 33610? I came across at 2Bed/1B SFR at a decent price i that area. I am a new investor looking for my first deal. A property that needs a ton of work is not really ideal as my first investment.
