Hello Bigger Pockets Members!

I happened upon this site while looking for good real estate investing groups in LinkedIn or yahoo groups. This is much much better. I'm excited to begin participating and getting to know and network with people who can assist me in my journey and also who I can assist. I've been investing in the Northern Utah for the last couple if years and am now interested in diversifying a little but outside of my home state.

For those of you wondering, I'll share my opinion on the Northern Utah SFR market. N Utah is a conservative play. I'm finding my ROI is a bit lower than what others get but I like the stability that the Utah economy brings. Unemployment is typically low as Utah is a great place for business and families.

Regards,
Brian
