Newbie investor living in beautiful Connecticut

Hey all! My  name is Ron..I am currently living in Bridgeport, Connecticut but I plan on moving to Arizona within the next year and a half. I work a 9 to 5 as a Data Analyst, but right now I am very interested in wholesaling for 3 reasons: I love to help people, I can learn the real estate business with hands-on experience, and It will bring me one step closer to achieving financial freedom..I am also interested in getting a multifamily and becoming a landlord once I move to Arizona. I've been learning a lot from BP and from other guys in the industry. My goal with Real Estate is to create a passive sustainable income that I can give to my kids when I am gone, I am carving my legacy for them. I am very happy to be here and hoping to connect with other like minded individuals, thanks!
