Hey all! My  name is Ron..I am currently living in Bridgeport, Connecticut but I plan on moving to Arizona within the next year and a half. I work a 9 to 5 as a Data Analyst, but right now I am very interested in wholesaling for 3 reasons: I love to help people, I can learn the real estate business with hands-on experience, and It will bring me one step closer to achieving financial freedom..I am also interested in getting a multifamily and becoming a landlord once I move to Arizona. I've been learning a lot from BP and from other guys in the industry. My goal with Real Estate is to create a passive sustainable income that I can give to my kids when I am gone, I am carving my legacy for them. I am very happy to be here and hoping to connect with other like minded individuals, thanks!

I've wanted to move to Arizona for many years now, and i'll be making that move spring 2021. I want to get a multifamily and become a landlord out there. Hopefully by then it will still be a smart investment. I always knew Arizona was awesome, thanks for the post!
