Hello everyone, I am Sharnell Turner and I am a newbie to the investor side of real estate. I am a licensed Real estate agent, but I saw more deals being done and people leaving their 9 to 5s with investing and I wanted IN! I am looking for experienced investors to partner with. I am wanting to rehab in the Houston area to start but plan to grow and go into other markets. I am so excited and ready to get started building a legacy!

Hey @Sharnell Nelms, welcome. Was just wondering what you "bring to the table" as a new investor that would make others want to partner with you?
i.e. do you have cash to invest? do you have great credit and relationships with a bank? do you know how to qualify properties for repair cost/do you have access to repair pro's?
Obviously the more you have the more people you open up to being able to partner with. You won't find many contractors here partnering with other contractors as people tend to work with those who fill a void as opposed to being equally yoked.

I am sure you have many things you can bring that add value and would make a great partner for someone here. Greatest of luck to you.
