Hey everyone,

My name is Jon and I am a new real estate investor. I am looking to wholesale properties in order to save up enough income to jump into the big deals in multi-family homes. I live in Hutto TX, which is just north of Austin TX. I would love to connect with other real estate investors, whether it be sellers, buyers, wholesalers, flippers, etc. I am also going for my real estate license, which I should have next year in January. I know I do not need the license to be a wholesaler, but I personally know two friends that are buying homes next year. The $297 fee for obtaining the license course seemed like an easy no brainer to earn 5-10k in earnings from being the buying agent for my friends next year.

I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and I currently work for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Working in finance during my military service and working in Financial Compliance for the government has really opened my eyes to the financial world.

I want to be able to leave my job working as a federal employee and make real estate investing my full-time job/lifestyle by the end of next year.

If you want to connect, please let me know. I am excited to get to know everyone on this website.

Jon
