My first post - introduction

Hello everyone! 

I have been a BP member for several months now and thought it was time to introduce myself.  I live in Peoria, IL and work a full-time job in healthcare.  I have actually flipped four single family properties with my husband and father over the last 15 years.  I did not hesitate to jump into those deals but now that I have decided I want to do this as my career I am overwhelmed by fear - crazy, I know!  This summer I purchased a single family property with a co-worker and we are almost done with renovations (which were MUCH more extensive than we first thought).  We plan on renting this property.  

I have found the information on BP very helpful and look forward to advice from BP members!
