Thank you all for the warm welcome! Love Ferris Bueller :)   David - maybe now you understand my pain - my name is JeanNE not Jean - I have had my name mispronounced and misspelled my entire life which is why I always explain!

I am looking for investor friendly contractors in Peoria, IL area - any suggestions from anyone? 

I have a single family home that I am doing a live in flip.  I am looking for suggestions for pretty much all of the trades. In the past we have done renovations ourselves but now that I want to invest in real estate full time I think my time would be better spent elsewhere.

Hello everyone! 

I have been a BP member for several months now and thought it was time to introduce myself.  I live in Peoria, IL and work a full-time job in healthcare.  I have actually flipped four single family properties with my husband and father over the last 15 years.  I did not hesitate to jump into those deals but now that I have decided I want to do this as my career I am overwhelmed by fear - crazy, I know!  This summer I purchased a single family property with a co-worker and we are almost done with renovations (which were MUCH more extensive than we first thought).  We plan on renting this property.  

I have found the information on BP very helpful and look forward to advice from BP members!
