I’m 20 years old and a new investor from Southern California

Hey there! My name is Damian and I’m located in Southern California and am currently a full time student and work full time as well. I’ve been interested in real estate investing since about I was 18 and am now 20. I’ve decided to just go ahead and start and actually commit to buying my first property out of state. I’m currently looking into investing in markets like Indiana, NC, and other such states and am attempting to network with wholesalers or agents in or around those areas in order to start my first deal. I’m hoping I can use the vast capabilities of bigger pockets to find my first property and as well as to help others either expand their business or start their real estate investing journey.
