Bay area investor looking for networking

Hi All,

I live in bay area and I am looking for real estate investing tips. I would to invest in bay area as I know the area but I can't get positive cash flow. I can invest in out of state but I am nervous as I have no idea about those states and which area will be better to invest in. Any suggestions? If you are in bay area I am happy to meet for a coffee and discuss.
