Hello my name is David Brumbaugh. I am a Realtor that has 2 years under my belt. I so enjoy the job that I have and the people I have met doing the daily grind. I really don't think of it as a job as much as just a good opportunity to help and learn and give back. I enjoy reading the post on the site. Hey, we just had our first local BP meetup recently and our next scheduled one is on Tuesday at my brokers office at about 630pm I believe, Its just us BP'ers meeting up about investing stuff mostly, some, or most of us are also licensed but that isn't required of course.

You should come by, meet a handful of us local BP'ers! Only rules are you must be a biggerpockets member and the same rules apply in the group as they do here on the site so you don't have to worry about being sold into any ridiculous program or feel like you're being scammed. We don't allow that.
