New Chicago Investor
Hey BiggerPockets community!
My name is Chad Gilchrist. I'm a cinematographer based out of Chicago but frequently travel all over for work (commercials/tv shows/movies/etc). I've been listening to the show/lurking on forums/reading all the book recommendations for a while now and decided that it's time to take the next step. I'm looking to invest in small multi-family properties that I can BRRRR and start building a portfolio of cash flow positive assets. If anyone in Chicago or the surrounding markets wants to meet up I'd love to get to know this community some more––I'm more than happy to bring my film background to the table if it's of any interest to you all!
