Hey BiggerPockets community!

My name is Chad Gilchrist. I'm a cinematographer based out of Chicago but frequently travel all over for work (commercials/tv shows/movies/etc). I've been listening to the show/lurking on forums/reading all the book recommendations for a while now and decided that it's time to take the next step. I'm looking to invest in small multi-family properties that I can BRRRR and start building a portfolio of cash flow positive assets.
