New Member Introduction

I’m About a week late on my Introduction.. but I have been digging myself into everything RE and I can feel the passion brewing in me already! I’m a complete newbie who has spent 8 years stationed in Japan, and hopes to hit the ground running when I move back stateside in March, to begin my investment journey. I’m currently reading Brandon Turner’s “The Book in Rental Property Investing” and it’s so hard to put it down! I also went all the way back to Podcast Episode #1 and listen to about 2-3 episodes a day. There is so much information out there and I appreciate all of those out there that look to educate/mentor newbies like myself. I can’t speak for everyone, but just know, I appreciate you all.
