South Jersey / Philadelphia New Investor & Recent Grad - Intro

Tom O'Donnell
Posted

Hello everyone,

My name is Tom O'Donnell and I am excited to get involved in the real estate investing community within the Philadelphia and South Jersey area.  I just joined SJREI and have been gaining lots of great information at their meetups.  I've been listening and reading BiggerPockets for two years now.  I recently graduated from college and am working on improving my investing knowledge and building up my savings so I can invest when I see a property that fits my criteria.  Hoping to house hack in a 2,3, or 4 unit to start my portfolio.  Looking to connect with investors in South Jersey or Philly!  I have tons of free time and would love to help an experienced investor so I could get my feet and gain the first-hand experience in the real estate world.  Tons of time, and not enough money, yet!
