Newbie Interested In Multi-Family Real Estate Investing

Hello Everyone. I am new to real estate investing. I am a registered nurse by profession in Northern New Castle County Delaware. My family and I have plans of starting a family real estate business. We are interested in multi-family unit investments in Philadelphia and in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a scary and yet exciting venture for us but we are pushing forward one step at a time. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good real estate attorneys and accountants in these areas. We need to make sure our operational agreement and business plan are tight before we go after that deal.
