Howdy Guys!

I am a brand new investor from Springfield Missouri. I got turned onto Bigger Pockets by two unconnected friends of mine, that made me curious enough to check it out.

I've basically been consuming as much content, podcasts and books as I could for two months, opened an LLC with no idea what I'm doing. And currently trying to close my first deal. We'll see how it all turns out, but it's awesome to have access to all of you.

By trade I am a Process Engineer in the Manufacturing world. If anyone want's a leg up on building effective process to run your business/real estate empire, hop on youtube and check out "Lean is Simple" 1hr:37min long. And "2 Second Lean" ~4hr:22min long. I stumbled across it at work one day and It's changed my life, and been really impactful to the company I work for (to the tune of ~$6,000,000 in savings/year)

I personally have spent more than 6132+ hours designing and redesign processes and systems to manufacture goods and send them all over the world. This experience seems to have translated well to realestate. It's really neat to be on a site that everyone so readily and freely shares their "secret sauce", so I don't mind sharing mine! Let me know if anyone is curious and I'd be more that willing to help.
