Exited to finally create a username and profile to contribute to the site. My name is Ryan List, and i'm currently in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region. Early this past spring I purchased a duplex in which I am currently owner occupying with a tennant next door. I've been doing some light rehab work on my side and will move in and do the same to the other if and when my tennant moves out. I'm currently a mechanical engineer by profession, and am looking to make future real estate investments in the coming years to supplement my income, and secure an early financially secured retirement. I look forward to learning form all of your experiences and will contribute to converstions whenever appropriate and possible. Glad to be aboard.
