Wholesaling In Louisiana

Hello everyone, I am a 22 year old from Louisiana and would like to get in to Wholesaling. I don't have much capital so the idea of Wholesaling intrigued me because of the leg work that could be put in instead of the upfront costs. I'm curious as to what the laws are (if I need a license of some sort) and if there is anyone in the state successfully wholesaling properties.
