Hello Everyone!

Im Carlos Ariel Leyva from Las Vegas, NV. Im currently a food server at one of the hotels, and now I’m trying to get my foot into real estate little by little. Have to start by wetting the toes. Haha I’m new to the whole circuit, I’ve been watching YouTube videos, listening to podcast, and reading a lot of real estate articles but my knowledge is still limited. I’m trying to increase it by meeting fellow investors and having talks and learning through them and experience, looking for Reí groups and REA’s in Las Vegas. Goals that I have are creating long term wealth and substancial passive income. Me and my significant other are currently looking for our first house, we’ll be house hacking to start with the process. I can’t wait to meet many of you and connect!
