I'm a 31 year old guy that is a partner in an agriculture bedding company that I helped start alongside two other partners.                                                     I really enjoy fishing in my spare time and being out in nature in general. 

       I've stumbled across Bigger Pockets a couple months ago in my quest for a supplemental income stream and have been devouring the podcast and all the other information this great site generates.

 I'm currently looking for my first deal at this time and am hoping to snag a duplex shortly. I've been in contact with a great local realtor and been poking around at duplexes so it's just a matter of getting a deal that fits my general guidelines and we'll be off and running!

Thank you all for helping me in this journey and giving me a nudge of confidence to pull the trigger.

Welcome to BP! I’m from Central WI originally and love to fish as well! My grandfather will be looking to unload one of his duplexes Stevens Point after the New Year. He currently has one of his single family properties listed and is looking to unload his portfolio at a rate of 1 per year. I’ll keep you in mind when his duplex comes available if you’re interested in properties a bit South if Medford, as he prefers to deal off-market if he can.

P.S. which body of water do you fish most often?!
