How to refinance property under $50k
Hello. I'm seeking to purchase a property for less than $50k to rehab buy and hold as rental property. So far, I haven't found a bank that would do a loan for less than $50k. I read plenty advice to use hard money, private lenders, HELOC, etc then refinance out of those. But what if after rehab the ARV is is still below $50k??
