Good Evening , Everyone my boyfriend and I are looking to purchase our first home together preferably outside of the busy city. I've been looking around but I'm quite stumped as to where would be the best place to settle down with our budget of 300k? I want to live in a safe neighborhood where i can potentially raise children and grow there . Any recommendations ? Please and thank you
