Good Evening , Everyone my boyfriend and I are looking to purchase our first home together preferably outside of the busy city. I've been looking around but I'm quite stumped as to where would be the best place to settle down with our budget of 300k? I want to live in a safe neighborhood where i can potentially raise children and grow there . Any recommendations ? Please and thank you

Have anyone heard of the NACA program if so do you recommend it as a program to go through for a first time homebuyer?

Hello , Everyone I'm barely started out with trying to invest into real estate doing all my necessary research , reading etc I often hear from experienced investor I should invest in my market I would have a better advantage that way problem is my local area socal is way out of my budget. Can someone perhaps point me in the direction of a good city on the outskits of Los Angles that could perhaps be a good investment for me?  My budget for my down payment is approximately 20k.

Thank you so much Tj I've added him and look forward to going to a future meet up. Thank you for all the information you provided.

Hello, I am currently looking at different investment strategies on of which is buying an Airbnb in Vegas, NV. Thinking about investing in multi-family properties, but when it comes to Airbnb I'm considering buying a condo. Is there any good sources to learn about how to start an Airbnb business?

Thank you so much for your advice Christopher . I truly appreciate the new information you have given me and will most definitely look into this.

Good evening everyone , I'm looking to invest in my market which is California. Looking for a decent area budget around 250k multi-family units. Can anybody help me find the most affordable cities to invest in?

The problem with that is the market is way above the budget. I live in California where prices of Real Estate has skyrocketed because of the new stadium that's being built in Inglewood, so we wouldn't even be able to start unless we have some real cash upfront. That's why we have to learn new markets that are somewhat close to where we are now.

@Nia Dixon If you are just starting out then you want to start off in your own market. You will be able to speak with local agents and find out for yourself how the market is doing. Too many new comers come into this business and immediately try to go into another market when they haven't even picked up the skills and mechanics to learn their own market. Be the master in your own market first then when the time is right, expand.

Good afternoon, I’m just starting out trying to invest into some properties in California , Arizona or Nevada and was wondering which cities for someone on a budget would be great to invest in a multi-family unit ?
