Newbie from SF East Bay, California

Hey All,

I'm a native SF bay area Californian that was raised the standard way, through college and a string of jobs that had kept my head barely above water, financially.

A few years ago, I was fortunate enough to have inherited a SFR property on the north coast of Calif, free and clear, which I've turned into a long term rental. Other than that, I have no real estate experience other than purchasing your standard owner occupied home. I am a newbie for sure.

The rental has really opened my eyes to cashflow and real estate investing. Now I'd like to buy and hold more SFR properties for cashflow.

Yes, there is a lot to learn and Bigger Pockets has been a godsend. I've been reading articles and the forums, watching webinars, listening to podcasts like crazy and more to get as much education under my belt as I can.

I'm ready to go! (I think).

With two teens and a job, I'll do my best to post, but for now it's mostly reading and loads of questions.

thank you in advance to everyone who contributes. This site is gold. :)

Please feel free to reach out and say hello!

Warmly,

- Jhanna
