Young Aspiring Real Estate Investor in Kansas City!

Hey BiggerPockets! I realize I haven't made a formal introduction yet, so here I am!
I'm Ryan Huynh, and I'm a high school student looking to invest in buy-and-hold single family/small multifamily homes here in Kansas City. I'm investing so that I can choose how I spend my time, rather than work a 9-5 grind day in and day out. It will also give me peace of mind, since I won't need to rely on a job to support myself.

I'm constantly educating myself through books, webinars, and podcasts here on BP. I'm working on the side during the summer and during the school year also to save up some money. I also haven't made many connections in real estate yet, hence why I'm on BiggerPockets with you all! What do you think I should be doing to set myself up for success?

I look forward to connecting with you all!
