I am only about to give a quick background to emphasize the hunger that I have. I celebrated three years clean and sober in May. I lost my sister to drug addiction and I have struggled for a decade, since i was in my teens. For the past two years I have worked in the treatment industry and I just moved back to New Jersey to take an operational position with a new facility. Will be making great money.

So to my point - I have been doing my own real estate investment research for the last couple of months and  I'm going to educate myself for the next couple of years until i have networked and obtained a full understanding of the industry. I'm finally in a place where  I don't have anything stopping me from achieving my goals.

I am asking for any sort of advice. Anything at all.  Prioritizing topics to research, mistakes you made etc.

thanks in advance and sorry for the drawn out post. I hate when people talk alot 😕
