Section 8 Renter Request for Pest Control

Hello BP Community,

I have a rental in Baltimore MD, and I am wondering if anyone pays for their tenants pest control service. Our property manager said if we don't pay for the service, the tenant can just call the city and then the city could require us to purchase the plan. Since only the tenant lives in the property, should it be the tenant covers for the cost?

Thanks for your input.

@YiBing T. I would definitely make sure that you treat with service whenever there is a request for it, you should spray as needed
