Introducing Myself to BP

Hey All,

I’ve been listening to the podcasts and browsing the forum for some time now but now I’m diving in and wanted to take a minute to introduce myself.

My family has some experience in small-scale rentals but I’m looking to take this to the next level with my own properties and make this a full time gig in the next 5 years/age 35.

I’ve always enjoyed real estate, construction and renovations but I’m trying to resist the urge to do everything myself hands-on and run this like a remotely operated business.

I’m from the East coast of Canada and I’m mostly looking at Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador West. That said, I travel very regularly and I’m open to deals that make sense anywhere in Canada or the US.

I’m looking forward to getting more involved, learning as much as possible and hopefully helping some others along the way!
