Hello everybody, I joined a while back, but am just now posting an intro.  I'm excited to be learning and making connections.  My goal by the end of 2019 is to make first two investments:

1) investment-minded primary residence (depending on best opportunity...house-hack a multi-family or live in and flip a single family)

2) BRRRR investment

If you're in the St. Louis area or investing here, I'd love to connect. Also, interested in Indianapolis (used to live there) and Oklahoma City (grew up there).

Thanks,
Matt

@Matt Ferch

Your approach is dead on in my opinion and an excellent time line. Good for you.
