Does anyone know of someone who will edit and improve copy for decks like this?

Check out https://bullpenre.com you can hire top notch institutional quality real estate analysts by the project. They can do pitch decks, pro-forma, underwriting etc. They are commercial real estate specific outsourcing platform.

Perfect!!! Thank you Greg

@Matt Ferch, I would recommend any of the creative contracting sites.  Fiver comes to mind, but in my very limited experience, you get what you pay for.

That being said, do you truly want a copy editor (words only) or are you also wanting a graphic designer that can make it more polished overall?  With print work, you can sometimes find both skills in a single person.

I need somebody that is versed in real estate investing.  The deck is an introduction to a PPM more of less.

Hello, I’m wondering what bank you use for your business bank accounts? Because of a variety of circumstances, I cannot use a credit union, it must be a national bank. Please provide any feedback that you have, thank you.

I appreciate the input you guys.

I do have a business partner, and we’ve been forced to create multiple LLCs because we have rentals in two states

Hi you guys, I would like to set up a website that provides an overview of completed deals (i.e. before/after pics, deal metrics, etc.).

Is there anything out there tailored for this purpose?
