Introduction to Bigger Pockets

Hello everyone, I am excited to join Bigger Pockets, if read (Set For Life, How to Invest in Real Estate, The Book on Managing Rental Properties, and The Book on Investing in Real Estate,) they are all great books and if you haven't read them (you should).

I'm 22 years of age with no REI experience, I live in Vegreville Alberta, and I work for a building supply company. I always had an interest in real estate (particularly Real Estate Development). I like the idea of turning raw land into shopping centres, office buildings, and multi-family buildings. I think developing NET Zero Energy Projects is the best and only way to go for better air quality, healthier living, and a more vibrant and modern community. I also believe investing in the market you live in is the smartest way. This way you can be close to your properties.

Welcome to BP Jeffrey!

Great to hear you're working on Net-Zero housing. Have you noticed an increase in flow through of  Net Zero products in your supply store?
