New Real Estate Investor in IA

Posted

What's going on folks? Soon to be college student who has been interested in Real Estate for a while now and decided to finally join BP.

I've been saving up for a while now, and plan on buying my first property in a few months.

I plan to do buy and hold investing, I want to start with single family and then plan to eventually get into commercial real estate.

My goal is to get 100 units, and hopefully eventually be able to live entirely off of my RE income.

Looking forward to joining some discussions with you guys and thanks for reading my post!
