Finally decided...

Being persistent, working hard, having habits like reading at least 10pages a day, listening to 1podcast/day from Bigger Pockets, making savings....it's time to move forward. 

Seems like the first deal is being pretty difficult, it feels like you did enough research, but still not sure if that one...is the GOOD ONE. Looking to connect and happy to listen to your experiences, learn from them and finally- Sign the first deal :)

@Mariana Badia  Welcome to BP.  Looks like you have analysis paralysis?  Time to get out there and begin speaking with investors who are actually investing. You can find them at your local meetup groups and on here as well.  You need to find them on your own.
