I found this site from Brandon Turner's book I've been reading. Anyone else join because of his book "The Book on Rental Property Investing"?

I inherited land in Texas that I have never laid eyes on! I've just been paying the taxes on it for 5 years.   However, I will finally have the opportunity to visit and asses the property later this summer.  I am trying to learn all I can, so I can make an informed decision on what to do with it.  I also am educating myself to start purchasing my own rental properties.
